A few things worth asking.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you don't pick a plan, your account moves to read-only. All your entries stay safely chained and viewable; you just can't add new entries or send signing links until you subscribe. We won't auto-charge you, ever.
Do mechanics ever pay anything?
No. Yolog is owner-paid, by design. Mechanics get a free single-use link, sign one entry, walk away. We don't sell them upgrades, plug-ins, or anything else. See For Mechanics.
What's "concierge migration" and why is it included on the Owner plan?
Mail us your paper logbook (we pay shipping both ways) and an A&P contractor digitizes every entry into Yolog, labeled "imported," with the original page scans attached. Your paper book comes back unchanged. It typically takes 5–7 business days.
If I sell my aircraft, do my records transfer?
Yes. One-click ownership transfer carries every entry, every signature, every hash to the new owner's Yolog account, or generates a permanent verifiable archive bundle if they don't use Yolog. Your subscription stays with you and applies to your next aircraft.
What if I have more than 3 aircraft but fewer than 4?
Three is three. Four moves you to Operator pricing ($9/aircraft). Email us if you've got an unusual situation — partnerships, lease-back, bird in restoration — we'll work it out.
What payment methods do you take?
Card and ACH. Net-30 invoicing on Operator plans for fleets of 10+. We don't take crypto.
