Compliance dashboard like a panel, not a spreadsheet.

Annunciator-style status — green, amber, red — for every compliance item. The same mental model as your engine instruments. Glanceable in seconds.

  • Annual inspection countdown
    FAR § 91.409. Calendar-month rule, not 365 days. Goes amber at 30 days out, red on overdue.
  • 100-hour inspection
    Tach-based, only enabled if you instruct or rent. Counts down on hours, not days.
  • ELT battery (FAR § 91.207)
    Calendar tracking; pre-filled from manufacturer's interval at onboarding.
  • Transponder & static (§ 91.411 / .413)
    24-month cycle. IFR pilots are reminded 60 days out so you can plan around shop availability.
  • Oil change cadence
    Whichever is sooner — calendar or hours. Defaults from your engine type.
  • Custom items
    Insurance renewal, BFR, medical, club dues — anything you'd like reminders for.

Secure signing — scoped, expiring, validated.

Single-use links. 48-hour windows. Live FAA Airmen Registry validation of the mechanic's certificate. Hash-chain locking the moment they sign.

  • Single-use scoped links
    One aircraft, one entry type, one signature. Re-using the link does nothing.
  • 48-hour draft window
    Mechanic can save and come back. After 48 hours the link expires and the owner is notified.
  • Live FAA cert validation
    Cert number checked against the Airmen Registry at sign time. A&P/IA flags surfaced.
  • Hash-chain locking
    Entry text + timestamp + cert # = SHA-256 hash. Chained to prior entry.
  • Correction-entry workflow
    Errors corrected via forward-chained correction entries. Originals are preserved.
  • Attestation library
    Pre-written, reg-compliant entry templates for annual, 100-hr, AD, oil change, and more.
